Students at Kandaswami Kandar's College have been encouraged to play sports and games since the college opened in 1962. In almost all games, we have maintained a high level of performance. We turn out more than 15 skilled sportsmen every year who play for our Periyar University in all India inter-collegiate tournaments.

Every year, we host many Inter-Collegiate Tournaments for Kabaddi, Tennis, Cricket, Ball Badminton, and other games on behalf of Periyar University. Organizing the All India Inter University tournaments in 2007 and 2012 is a milestone in the history of affiliated colleges of Periyar University.

  • To foster the holistic growth of youth and sharpen their sports skills through expert training and competitions across all levels.
