Women Development Cell
The Women Development Cell at Kandaswami Kandar's College, a co-educational institution, is a vital entity dedicated to addressing and advocating for women's issues within the college community. AIM :
The primary aim of the Women Development Cell is to promote gender equality and provide support to women in the college. It seeks to address issues related to women's safety, rights and well-being, ensuring that female members of the college community feel secure, respected and valued.
OBJECTIVES:
The objectives of the Women Development Cell at Kandaswami Kandar's College are to empower female students and staff through workshops and training, provide a supportive environment for guidance and grievance redressal, raise awareness about gender issues, advocate for women's rights and build support networks with external organizations.
VISION:
The vision of the Women Development Cell at Kandaswami Kandar's College is to create an inclusive and equitable campus where every woman feels empowered, respected, and capable of achieving her full potential.
